I wish to supply my own your artwork, what do I do?

Submit your design as a JPEG image using e-mail or simply send us a disc. If an exact colour match is essential we shall also need a Pantone number Please note that due to the product surface, lines should be larger than 0.3mm.

I wish to use your design service, what do I need to provide?

A concept, a picture or photograph and wording. It's as simple as that. Our charges are reasonable so why not leave it to us?

Ordering and Delivery

Ordering

As a company, due to the nature of business a personalised service is needed. Therefore, once contacted by you, through e-mail, phone or fax your order can then be dealt with swiftly.
Payment can be made by either cheque or through online banking and payment services. As we personalise your goods a 25% deposit is required on ordering. Change your mind before the goods go for print and we will be happy to reimburse your deposit, less any charges that may be applicable.

Delivery

Being an Australian Company, we will either Sea freight your goods, depending on volume or your time restriction, or if a speedy delivery is needed we will Air freight your order. All of our deliveries are to a nominated address. There will be for you an Import and VAT charge where applicable. This will be finalised with you on ordering, giving you the exact charge you will need to pay.
